PaloAltoGreen
Launched in June 2003 with the help of the 3Degrees team, PaloAltoGreen became the top renewable energy program in the country in program participation rate three years later and has held that position every since. Today, with a participation rate of 22%, PaloAltoGreen is the #1 renewable energy program in the country by percentage of customers enrolled.
The program is open to all residents, businesses and industrial customers that receive electric power from the City of Palo Alto Utilities. In 2004 the U.S. Department of Energy recognized PaloAltoGreen with its New Green Power Program award, and in 2008 it named PaloAltoGreen its Green Power Program of the Year.

Blue Sky from Pacific Power
Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program in Oregon boasts over 36,000 customers. For several years it has been one of the nation’s top rated programs by renewable energy sold and by number of participants.
3Degrees has provided Green-e Energy Certified® RECs and managed customer education and outreach for Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program in Oregon since January 2004. Pacific Power serves a diverse customer base — including rural areas, small towns, and a few urban areas. Today 6.5% of Pacific Power’s Oregon customers are enrolled in Blue Sky — in fact some communities have achieved participation of more than 15%.
3Degrees works with Pacific Power to reach customers throughout its diverse and large service territory through typical enrollment channels like direct mail and bill inserts, and also through the development of Community Outreach Centers located throughout Pacific Power's service territory—from urban Portland and more rural Southern Oregon to beautiful Central Oregon and the agricultural Willamette Valley.
Pacific Power's Blue Sky program is open to all residents, businesses, and industrial customers that receive electric power from Pacific Power or Rocky Mountain Power.

Santa Clara Green Power
In 2004, Silicon Valley Power partnered with 3Degrees to launch its renewable energy program, Santa Clara Green Power. In its very first year, Santa Clara Green Power became one of the top rated programs in the nation, and was named Green Power Program of the Year by the Department of Energy in 2007.
In 2010, the city of Santa Clara secured the top spot in the Environmental Protection Agency's Green Power Community rankings with more than 163,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of the community electricity usage coming from voluntary purchases of green power.
Santa Clara Green Power is open to all residents, businesses, and industrial customers that receive electric power from Silicon Valley Power. 3Degrees provides Green-e® Energy Certified RECs and manages the marketing outreach. This program's standard offering supports 95% western wind and 5% California solar, and a portion of the program rate goes toward new solar installations right in the city of Santa Clara.

Pure Power by Ameren Missouri
In October 2007, 3Degrees launched the Ameren Missouri Pure Power voluntary Renewable Energy Certificate program to 1.2 million electric customers in Missouri, and in 2009 the program was recognized by the non-profit Center for Resource Solutions as having the Best Marketing Campaign by a Green Power Supplier.
Pure Power supports Missouri wind farms and encourages development of the state's renewable energy resources. Through public education and a broad array of renewable marketing strategies, Pure Power has already gained a high level of visibility, recognition, and momentum within the local community. In 2009 and 2010, 100% of Green-e® Energy Certified RECs 3Degrees procured for the program were purchased from the Farmer City wind farm in Missouri.
Pure Power is open to all residents, businesses and industrial customers that receive electric power from Ameren Missouri.

Puget Sound Energy Green Power Program
Starting January 1, 2009, 3Degrees began to manage customer education and outreach for PSE’s Green Power Program. 3Degrees opened an office in the Seattle/Bellevue, WA area in order to support an ambitious campaign to educate residential electric customers about the program. This campaign was recognized in 2009 with the Department of Energy's award for Green Power Program of the Year.
PSE’s vast service area provides opportunities to reach a variety of customers from urban, suburban and rural areas. A combination of more than 200 hours of community outreach each month, plus many direct marketing programs such as direct mail, bill inserts, web and email outreach, provide a foundation for customer education and solid program growth.
PSE's Green Power Program supports renewable energy projects in the Pacific Northwest and the surrounding region with a mix of wind, biomass, small hydro and solar, and is available to residential and commercial customers.

In addition to helping design the program, 3Degrees provides DVP with Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) equal to Green Power program sales and manages customer education and promotional outreach.
During the program’s first 18 months, 3Degrees established outreach centers in Richmond and Northern Virginia to enroll customers at farmers markets, county fairs and other events and to build partnerships with local area businesses, resulting in more than 10,000 residential and commercial customers enrollments.
